I am honored and humbled to accept the role of Governor of our great state of Ohio. Thank you for placing your trust in me and for believing in our shared vision for a brighter future. [Pause for applause] Ohio, our home, is a state with a rich history and boundless potential. It is a place where hard work, integrity, and community values have always guided us. Today, as we embark on this new chapter, I am committed to upholding these principles and working tirelessly to make Ohio a place where everyone can succeed. Our journey ahead will not be without challenges. We face issues that require bold solutions and a collaborative spirit. Together, we will tackle these challenges head-on, with the resolve and determination that define us as Ohioans. [Pause for applause] Economic growth is at the forefront of our agenda. We will create an environment that attracts businesses, fosters innovation, and provides good-paying jobs for all Ohioans.
