All candidates must have announced their intentions by this date. This can be as easy as starting to campaign and tagging that election on the Actions form. If you wish to file without using any AP, you may also post a reply to the appropriate election here: https://www.dynamicsim.online/politics/elections/

On the final day of each month, an election will be held for one of the classes of Senators with the President being (re)elected every other month. The newly elected candidates take office the following day or when elections are finalized by an admin, whichever is first.

If a party primary is needed, a primary election is held on the day prior to the start of Election Week and are the month's accumulation of campaigning activities or outside support--there is no AP and fundraising candidacy boost for primaries.
